It’s location, Pricing, it’s amenities, the politeness of the staff and their helpfulness to accommodate and attentiveness to customers needs as well as their understanding of hotel policies and customer service and concerns, the kitchen staff was on POINT, the food was DELICIOUS and set up perfectly even for a person like me who is legally blind and recovering from strokes I was easily able to navigate the room the food service area and seating area with no problems and were ready to help if I had any questions or concerns and I really appreciate that, I felt right at home and again the Breakfast food was excellent and I will say I heard a few other people asking for Waffles that were sugar fee or low sugar added and fruit but for me I was satisfied this was our first ever trip to Gulf Shores and my Wife Loretta loved it the hotel and the beach we had a wonderful time staying there We will stay again

The staff was exceptional hands down and very helpful the whole stay. Rooms were clean, the breakfast was awesome, and felt like a home away from home.

Everything was clean and neat and spacious rooms. Great breakfast too! Friendly staff. All good!

Everything was very clean from the moment we walked in the door until check out. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Amenities were excellent. The staff was extremely friendly and courteous. We will be back!
